Scope
IWC was hired to service and develop 130 recreational campsites for a private sector developer. From excavation, underground utilities to the final grade, IWC provided a custom end to end solution on a shortened timeline in a challenging and remote location.
Summary
Over the course of 10 weeks, IWC serviced the area and installed the necessary infrastructure for the development of 130 recreational campsites. With 10 staff on-site and multiple pieces of equipment IWC team executed with quality and speed. Dealing with challenging terrain (sand, roots, stumps organics) IWC used different types of equipment for both scale and specialization. Working in a remote area required IWC to complete significant pre-construction and logistics planning to ensure a smooth project delivery. Strong communication and experience created a quality finished product with a minimized impact on the surrounding area. Overall the project was delivered on time and within the seasonal requirements.
