Scope
IWC was hired for the Nanoose Craig Creek Culvert Installation project. The scope of work included trench excavation services, removal of the existing culverts, construction of new creek alignment channels and the final installation of a new 4500mm diameter corrugated aluminum culvert.
Summary
IWC was tasked with removing an existing culvert and creek alignment and replacing it with a new 4500mm corrugated aluminum culvert. IWC handled the project with detail and quality. Ensuring all of the environmental requirements were satisfied and achieved. The project had uniuqe environmental specifications such as structured fish windows that needed to be accommodated and supported. With an experienced field team and correct equipment utilization, IWC was able to move efficiently in a highly sensitive area. This project was a great example of working at scale but with a specialized approach to the technical details.
