Scope
IWC was hired for the demolition of an existing car dealership as well as upgrades to all services including sanitary, water, storm and hydro. Excavation and backfill for new dealership showroom and service buildings.
Summary
IWC was hired to complete a multi-phase demolition for Laird Wheaton Auto Dealership. The approach was unique in order to allow the dealership to stay open while construction was going on. Over the term of 6 months, IWC was able to complete a wide range of civil construction services.
